Refunds are only eligible for cases where the service has not been initiated (e.g., prior to drafted documents or scheduling a field agent for doorstep delivery).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Once the document has been physically drafted on the government-issued stamp paper (E-stamp), the cost of the stamp paper and drafting fees become non-refundable due to the nature of the legal procurement.

3. Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
